The Mish
Welcome To The Mish
The Mish is City Mission’s dedicated hub for youth and young adult services, designed to support young people aged 12-25 who may feel disconnected from peers, family, or school, and those disengaged from education or employment. Through personalised mentoring and unique learning experiences, we help young people build confidence, gain essential skills, and work toward a healthier, more stable future.
Located at The Ark, 9 Killafaddy Road, St Leonards, The Mish offers a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where everyone is valued. We operate during school terms, creating an environment where young people can thrive.
With new programs added regularly, stay connected with us by reaching out to The Mish team or following us on social media for the latest updates.

Mish Futures Mentoring
Mish Futures Mentoring connects young people aged 15-25 with positive role models who provide extra support in overcoming life’s challenges. Our mentors offer a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals are guided toward achieving their personal goals and dreams.
Mentoring sessions are typically held once a week, lasting about an hour. For added convenience, mentors can also arrange meetings on-site during school hours.
Expressions (Creative Arts Program)
Unleash your creativity and explore a variety of artistic activities, including cooking, sewing, woodworking, painting, and more! Our small group sessions, with up to 8 participants, provide a supportive environment for young people to express themselves.
