Spring Food Drive 2017

Just one week to go until collection stations will be set up at various supermarkets for our annual Spring Food Drive.

This two-day campaign will be running across the North and North West of the state, collecting food and other essential items to help support families in those local communities.

This year’s collection stations:

  • Meadow Mews

  • Kings Meadows Woolworths

  • Prospect Marketplace

  • Mowbray Marketplace

  • Launceston Kmart Plaza

  • Launceston Woolworths

  • Exeter IGA

  • Beaconsfield IGA

  • Upper Burnie Woolworths

  • Shearwater IGA

  • Shearwater Community Bank

  • Wynyard Woolworths

  • Wynyard IGA

If you’re shopping at any of these locations on Thursday 14th or Friday 15th September, grab an extra item or two and donate it. All donations go to those in need in our local communities across North and North West Tasmania.

The Spring Food Drive is City Mission’s campaign run in partnership with Lions.

Collection stations are run by volunteers, namely local Lions Club members and therefore are not able to cover every major supermarket. Should you wish to make a donation but are unable to get to these locations, find your local Mission Shop to donate it to instead.
